“Runs small. I ordered one size up so they would be loose and instead they were tight. They were tight to the extent that if they were to ever shrink, I would never be able to wear them again.”
“I made my purchase on 11/16, received an email about shipping on 11/18, 11/21 received another email about one of my items being out of stock and received an email on 11/29 asking for a review. It’s 12/3 and I haven’t received anything.”
“The underwear seem to be decent quality. I am giving it a two star review because I followed the sizing chart on the website and only one pair fits me comfortably. The rest are way too tight or don't go past my thighs. If you buy these underwear I recommend sizing up one or two sizes depending on how your body is built.”

I ordered same size as in other undies similar to these. These are too big. I wasted money because they won’t allow returns even if not taken out of the bag.
Another problem was the mystery 3 pack. I didn’t order but it was there after check out. So I wasted $63 total!!”
“Never received package.
Had an address error, contacted customer service before even receiving the confirmation email, they told me even at that point it was too late because it was already “out for delivery”. Then got another email a week later saying my package had left the warehouse and was actually starting the process of delivery at that point. Hard to believe no one could correct the error like they said they would try to in that weeks time.”
“I was hesitant to order as I have another company i like just fine. When I read you had a 14 day size promise I thought what would it hurt and I might really like your products.
My 1st order was a huge disappointment. One of the Bras I received had a broken strap and I had picked too large of an underwear size.
More disappointing that your size promises apparently only extend to an apology email about how you sorry for the inconvenience but do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits despite what your online ads say.
Obviously since I have 1 item out of the 5 I ordered that is usable I am very disappointed and disgusted that I wasted my money with your company”
“I never got my three free pairs when I subscribed for my first month and only one pair out of the three undies I bought fit sadly... and they were the biggest sizes. My bralette is comfy tho and the one pair that fits”
“I got mediums. I'm 5'1" 180 but yoked build aka jacked. Lol I feel the cut in the crotch area is very narrow wondering if I should've sized down, but I have big hips so I think i just have to deal with mediums and hope they cover the coochie 🤣”
