I was disappointed by every pair I chose. Plus you have since you can see the lines at my wait and pantylines. I will be sticking with cheeky monkey all the way. For the price they are charging, and the products I received, they will not be around long. No to mention since my our has I get non stop spam texts which I have contacted their customer service about. I know my info is leaked from them because the text states the amount I spent. Irritated, disappointed, not harassed by spam texts, and $130 some dollars is in the garbage.”

After I made my purchase, an automated offer populated and I thought I clicked decline, but accidently clicked yes. There was no confirm purchase option, was automatically purchased with one click, and the item was $50. There was no way to modify or cancel my order at all. I emailed cusomter service immediately and they said it was automated and they also couldn't cancel or modify the order either. They responded about 12 hours after my email. I also could not return the items after they arrived because they were undergarments, which I understand but also - how is there no way to modify my order? Customer service was no help and did not reply to my last email. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will now reconsider any future purchases.”
“I am so disappointed, the underwear I ordered rolled up my legs as soon as I tried them on. The second pair had poor coverage in front and with the pattern bled through made it look as though the pair had brown stains, YUCK. I followed your size recommendations so it is not a poor choice on my part, plus the waist fit. I am also unhappy that I was unaware of no return policy. “These are super comfy and I would say are sweat proof, but not leak proof. If you can't hold it in for a while, make sure you go to the bathroom a lot. I tried these because I sweat and or leak a lot, and I wear a daily pad everyday just to make sure my underwear stays dry. The inside thighs of these underwear did stay dry, but I need to make sure I get to the bathroom a little more to prevent leakage. Also, the size chart seemed inaccurate to me. I measured my body to a t and ordered the exact size the chart showed and the underwear I received was 2 sizes too big for me. What ended up working best was using the size chart of what I currently wear and compare it to the Knotty size chart. Now these fit perfectly and are oh so comfortable! I like the length of the boxers too because I don't get thigh rub from them.
Also, the customer service was amazing! I had to contact them twice and both times I received a response within an hour.”

But, because of the no return/no exchange policy - that I overlooked or I wouldn't have ordered in the first place - I am stuck with them.
