“I just restarted my subscription and actually did 2 of them. All 6 pairs are ones I've had before. Was very unhappy with it. I use to love getting new pairs but was excited to hopefully see some i had missed and found no new ones.”
“I bought 7 pairs on the 27th of December and I received an email almost 2 weeks after I purchased saying 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. I got this email asking for a review where it only shows 5 pairs, 2 of which were the ones that I was told were out of stock. I keep checking the tracking and it says my items shipped but they haven’t yet even though it says shipping in 4-6 business days. At this point I don’t even know what items I’m going to be receiving or when I’ll be receiving them. I usually never leave bad reviews I’ve just never had an experience like this”
“L is like xl. Xl is like xxl. The buy one get two free is not a deal. Ordered the three pack in the buy on get two free just got the three pack. The seams separated on two pairs after the first wash before I even wore them”

I was excited to try knotty, especially since other underwear places didn't work well with me. Kind of bummed, really had high hopes for Knotty, but how can I properly review if I haven't recieved the order.”
“Part of my order wasn't available after getting a shipping notification. It took 10 days after choosing a replacement for my order to be shipped. I had to choose an item from the clearance section because what I originally chose was on sale and wasn't anymore. No sort of compensation was offered like faster shipping, partial refund or a discount code for a future order. This was my first time ordering and I still haven't received my order (been 3 weeks). I was hoping to have a great experience so I could see if a subscription would be worth it.”
“The boxers are comfortable, but the fit around my thighs is loose. I thought they would be snug. When I pull up my jeans, or any other pants, the boxers get pulled up and bunch up under the pants. I ordered 3 pair and won't be wearing them because of this. I won't order from Knotty again.”
“They are okay. Cut big and the bottom rolls up when I pull my pants up. The top of them sticks up over the top of my pants as well. They are soft though. I definitely advise ordering a size down.”
“I had a very disappointing experience with the company on this order. First, one of the item I ordered later became out of stock, so I had to pick an alternative in a print I didn't really like. Then, upon receiving the order, I found that I was sent a wrong item. When I tried to get the replacement for that, the given print was also out of stock. I had to pick yet another alternative, which then took almost three weeks to receive. Very disappointed overall, and in the end, I only got one of the original items I ordered.”

“I wanted to like these so much. The boxers are fine. The fabric is nice. The plus size thongs are wild; the crotch is so narrow, like if you have any lips at all they aren't going to fit comfortably. The worst part is they sent me random stuff i didn't even ask for, instead of what i ordered. The things i did get that i did ask for weren't all in the sizes i ordered. Idk how that happens.”
