I like the variety of colours and styles within my chosen package (which happens to be the “nice” package) because they always fit well and are flattering. “I have been getting the subscription of undies for years, I have always had wonderful customer service from them and have been able to pause and restart the subscription easily and never had any issues. The undies are cute and comfy and it’s so fun to get new ones on a regular basis and I’ve never had to wait (besides the Canada post strike but that’s not on Knotty) because shipping was always scheduled and delivered as the emails said.
I find sizing isn’t always 100%, but close. I’ve lost weight recently and went from plus size to M, and the bralettes and undies have been something that has made me feel better with my new body, and I love that they have great options for plus size and love seeing the plus sizes being represented and embodying the message of being confident.
