“The sizes are accurate and realistic. The fit is excellent, though one or two over the past couple of years were not excellent to my shape, but since my body isn't perfect, how can I expect absolutely everything to fit me perfectly. 98% of all I recieved was amazing.”

I do get some repeats and missings that I see but didn't get but I wouldn't change it at all because I enjoy getting my orders every time. And it's a lot better than buying at a store.”
“Accidentally bought an xs size when adding things to my cart. I wish the site did not default to xs every time. Other sites ask what your size is and then only show you that until you change it. Can I return underwear? Probably not. It was not an option in any packing slip or email confirmation I received. Now I wasted 12 dollars on something too small for me.”

Which is too bad, I was excited and love the product. “Shop” over-rode my address with a default, when it forced me to order through that site… I didn’t notice it was a friends’ old address. I asked to have the address changed. Was told, although I sent it within 10 mins of the order time, that it had shipped and they would try to get it returned by the courier. I got this shipping notification 2 days later, so it hadn’t been picked up yet. I also called the courier and the courier never received a request to return the package. So I’m out money for extremely poor customer service. I understand it was my error but I also understand no one cared to assist the customer.”
