“I love the creativity, styles and options available. Some products however are not all true to one size. I ordered a variety of underwear one time, all in large, some fit and some didn't. However, I made another recent order of halloween items and ordered all large and most of them are fairly big that it's almost too big in spots. It's difficult as its hard to suggest to new buyers whether they should size up or size down when depending on the product, it is all different. I also know with lace underwear, they don't last long. Whether they fray after one wash or the stitching starts to undo or the lace gets holes in it very quickly. Lace is tricky, however.”

“I love the designs but after measuring and going off the measurement chart supplied, they are a bit too big. I washed them and feel like they got looser. Not a good thing for a thong. Iâm going to wash and put them in a dryer hoping they will shrink back.”

It used to be very consistent and now I find the inconsistency is got me at the end of my rope and likely the end of my subscription soon. “A couple weeks ago I was trying to add a new sub (for my daughter) to my account. I couldnât so I reached out to support. I was basically told âsorry, canât help youâ. I was mad, but whatever. So I went into my account to change my own sub for her size, and found that I could add a sub! Man, it sure would have been nice to have been told to at least try again later, instead of âtoo badâ.”
“Iâve had knotty for multiple years and just cancelled my subscription. The sizing is very hit or miss. Some styles are true to size and others are way too small/big. I was constantly getting the same pairs the I have already gotten in past shipments. I received a pair for the month of August that I had already received 3-4 years ago, among multiple other pairs. Honestly switched to a different subscription service.”
