“A couple weeks ago I was trying to add a new sub (for my daughter) to my account. I couldn’t so I reached out to support. I was basically told “sorry, can’t help you”. I was mad, but whatever. So I went into my account to change my own sub for her size, and found that I could add a sub! Man, it sure would have been nice to have been told to at least try again later, instead of “too bad”.”
“I subscribe to the monthly 3 panty subscription. I love getting three panties a month, it's great! They are often so soft and well-made, and I love having so many choices in my drawer (I might need to start another drawer due to my collection)! Some cons: I find the sizing can vary quite a bit, so sometimes they're too small or fit too weird to wear and some of them are just very ugly so I don't wear those either. But overall I'm very pleased and will be keeping my subscription for the foreseeable future!”
“I love the variety of underwear that I've received! And the fit is phenomenal (one pair was a little snug). However, I have found that the past few pairs that I've received have not had quite the same quality ad previous ones. Perhaps, material chafed did to cut backs? One wssh and many have gotten that hairy elastic look to them.”
“Everything is super comfy but the waistband of the thongs for some reason feels more restrictive than the other undies. 2xl was a good fit for me, roughly 220lbs with most of my weight in my belly. Was nice to have undies that don't roll down under.”
“Fabric very comfy. Would like more plainer fabric choices in bralettes and panties (the fabrics now are very cool for the younger set but I personally am not into skulls and weird faces-66 years old)and the pajama top could be a little longer for us mature folk. As an older woman who’s frequently too warm we are definitely a target market and fabric choices could be a little more main stream.
