As I was checking out I discovered they added items to my basket that I had no interest in. I was apparently responsible for opting out. I was tired and only noticed they had added them after I had checked out and noticed that my order was $51 more than it should have been. I immediately reached out and asked for those items to be canceled. I was informed it was too late (I contacted them within 1 minute of checking out). I was then informed that I could return the items for a credit- THEY DO NOT GIVE BACK CASH REFUNDS!!!! Now they are ghosting me. Returns have to be done through email and they refuse to respond. You have 14 days to make your request and they will not respond to my emails.
Also all their products fit oddly. There is zero size consistency.”

“I purchased 4 pair of underwear during a buy one get one deal. I ordered all 4 pair 3xl. When my order arrived, I was disappointed with the quality as they felt cheap. I’ll post photos to show one pair being torn after one wear as well as the significant sizing difference between two pair of exactly the same sized underwear. I sent an email to knotty to show them the torn pair as well as the sizing issue and long story short, too bad so sad for me as they don’t want to do good on their products. 100% would not recommend. Poor quality and poor customer service. BAD BUSINESS.”

But it won’t work with sale items or other codes, ok but one problem everything is one sale right now i want what i ordered in the first place underwear. So they gave me a code that is practically useless unless you want the non sale items that are not what i want.”
“I never received my package, it was supposed to come between 6-8 business days and it has been a month. I ordered because of all the videos saying it was great quailty, and the cute outfits that they offered. However i never got to try it on. I'm disappointed, because i found the brand to be really inclusive and they seemed great.

“Shocking service. Was advised delivery time of 4-8 days. 15 days later and I’m no further forward. Been repeatedly promised investigations into delivery. To then be advised today that an investigation cannot take place for another 11 days. The customer service team are unhelpful and vague.”

Not confortable, still the same men’s boxers design but with « girly patterns » (boxers dont hold on big thighs, the sewing is directly on your lady parts, and forget about putting a pad there)
the bras barely hold anything together, id have to resew one to even be able to wear it (even tho they advertise saying its made for bigger women, its very uncomfortable or very difficult to be able to wear their « confy intimate wear » ) so no, not confy at all.
Affordable??? Yeah idk if yall need a review on that one but lets just say you could get the same thing on wish because of how cheap it is. It’d be a good price for good quality, but its cheap made, so veryyyyyy overpriced
Also, where is the size inclusion in the design? Sure big girls wear the intimates for 2minutes on screen to say they have their size, but when you try to find your size, even with mesures and their own size charts, i received my underwear all too big, even tho i already took a smaller size and it was suppose to be tight on me from their size chart, its just loose everywhere wish is even more unconfortable.

The tight elastic band at the top makes them very uncomfortable and gives me a muffin top. Just very unflattering, basically granny panties, probably won't ever wear them or order again”
