“Last month I was charged for an order I didn't make, the quality has really taken a nosedive and there are obvious mistakes on all the products I've gotten. If it was buying an extremely low price due to ptlrobsbke errors then maybe. Sadly customer service quality is still sorely lacking and paying clients deserve far better”
“The quality is unreliable and creates “disposable” products vs products that have longevity. I love my pyjamas (but they fade quickly) and I’ve bought many panty sets as gifts but that being said my sisters who I have sent the subscriptions say that sometimes the construction isn’t lined up or finished well or even attractive — it seems experimental vs tried and true. One in three panties will be good. Debating whether to cancel as gifts or maybe try for myself again. Not in love — so I may pass.”
“So far I would rate less than average. I have not tried on the second set I purchased, but was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the red tutu set. The top was very comfortable and fit well but the tutu/garter straps are made poorly. The leg straps were sewn in twisted. No matter how much I flip and fold and twist, the leg straps are twisted because they were made that way despite the photos showing no twists. This affects the look slightly, but moreso makes the garment less comfortable as the edge of the strap now rubs on the leg. It also affects confidence while wearing it as it looks like I don't know how to wear it properly when in reality the item doesn't pass QC.”
“Accidentally bought an xs size when adding things to my cart. I wish the site did not default to xs every time. Other sites ask what your size is and then only show you that until you change it. Can I return underwear? Probably not. It was not an option in any packing slip or email confirmation I received. Now I wasted 12 dollars on something too small for me.”
“I won’t be coming back. Which is too bad, I was excited and love the product. “Shop” over-rode my address with a default, when it forced me to order through that site… I didn’t notice it was a friends’ old address. I asked to have the address changed. Was told, although I sent it within 10 mins of the order time, that it had shipped and they would try to get it returned by the courier. I got this shipping notification 2 days later, so it hadn’t been picked up yet. I also called the courier and the courier never received a request to return the package. So I’m out money for extremely poor customer service. I understand it was my error but I also understand no one cared to assist the customer.”
“Definitely comfy- I think that I got a size too big but it doesn’t seem to help my sweating issues. They are definitely just as damp as my other underwear.”
“The sizing can be quite frustrating. Sometimes they fit well, but often they do not fit at all either they're too big or too small. There are many pairs that I have not been able to wear because they are too small. I know for a fact that I am an extra large as that is the size I get when I purchase other panties. My friend also has a subscription with knotty knickers and there's pairs that she can't wear either because they're too small. The sizing just doesn't feel true to size in my opinion. It's also unfortunate that if they are holiday pairs I don't receive them until after the holiday is over. Halloween or Christmas for example. Hopefully this feedback helps. Have a wonderful day. “I prefer underwear without lace or the extra layer under the lace as they are not comfortable, sizing is not always consistent, some are super tight so I don’t wear them. Regardless I like getting them and they are a good deal!”

Material is soft and stretchy and they fit comfortably. Saved up to be able to buy a few pairs finally!

“I have been with naughty for many years now and I can tell you that their quality and sizing has definitely slipped. It used to be very consistent and now I find the inconsistency is got me at the end of my rope and likely the end of my subscription soon. The only thing keeping me in is I like to have a little surprise each month but the truth of the matter is I haven't been able to wear any of the ones that have been sent to me in a very long time”
“I’ve had knotty for multiple years and just cancelled my subscription. The sizing is very hit or miss. Some styles are true to size and others are way too small/big. I was constantly getting the same pairs the I have already gotten in past shipments. I received a pair for the month of August that I had already received 3-4 years ago, among multiple other pairs. Honestly switched to a different subscription service.”
“Panties are very poor quality and fall apart after just one wear. Most arrive in the packaging with loose threads and stitching that is coming apart. It was a fun subscription for a few months but not worth the money”

“Was good when I was getting my orders to the correct address. I have moved a lot and had this subscription for years now. I moved again and send the inquiry to have my address updated, never heard back. I sent ANOTHER inquiry. Still never heard back. Mind you they're still charging me every month and sending my order to the wrong address. They do not make it easy to find where to cancel your subscription. They don't respond anymore to inquiries. I'm furious. For 8 months, my order was delivered to the wrong address and I have received NOTHING back. Stay away, use another service.”
