The only item I have enjoyed is the bra, which was not the wrong item sent by mistake. Customer service was quick to resolve the issue and have mailed out a replacement, so that was good. “I was so dissapointed with my 4 pairs of boxer style aira modal undies. I was going on a trip to Tennesee and knew I was going to be sweaty and hot. According to the size chart I was a 3x but when I got them I could have gone down a size. On top of that they got even more lose throughout the day and kept rolling up. I also sweat tight through them.
I paid a lot of money for nothing.
I did love the colours and designs but sadly they weren't great.”
