“I have been getting the subscription of undies for years, I have always had wonderful customer service from them and have been able to pause and restart the subscription easily and never had any issues. The undies are cute and comfy and itโs so fun to get new ones on a regular basis and Iโve never had to wait (besides the Canada post strike but thatโs not on Knotty) because shipping was always scheduled and delivered as the emails said.
I find sizing isnโt always 100%, but close.
