“CONSTANT DISAPPOINTMENT.
All undergarments I have purchased have fallen apart within a month.
They always have threads hanging off them when you open the packages or pieces of lace that have not been sewn, so it's just hanging there.
And when you actually find something you want on their website, they NEVER, EVER have it in stock.
The price is WAY too high for such shotty quality.
Oh, and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone for customer service. It's non existent. :(

“I didn't like any of the underwear purchased. The sizing is all over, some are too big and some are way too small. I am very disappointed. The only item I have enjoyed is the bra, which was not the wrong item sent by mistake. Customer service was quick to resolve the issue and have mailed out a replacement, so that was good. “I was so dissapointed with my 4 pairs of boxer style aira modal undies. I was going on a trip to Tennesee and knew I was going to be sweaty and hot. According to the size chart I was a 3x but when I got them I could have gone down a size. On top of that they got even more lose throughout the day and kept rolling up. I also sweat tight through them.
I paid a lot of money for nothing.

“I bought "moisture wicking" bras and a set of pajamas. The bras do NOT wick moisture, and leave a very painful divet from the seam in the elastic. The pants in my set were also stitched together wrong, so the pocket is all messed up. Will not recommend or buy any more products.”
