“The selection of underwear for the monthly subscription is quite good - different styles, colours and materials which is great. Also love the holiday specific ones! My only issues are that the sizes are really all over the place. I usually take a medium in most brands of underwear, ordered a medium with KK, but had to size up due to most pairs seeming quite small. I often find now that I do L sizing, I often get pairs that seem more like a small than a large. I also find some pairs completely disintegrate in the wash and fabric dye bleeds … be mindful that you don’t throw any whites in with your pairs !”

There needs to be transparency about what the materials of each type are made from and the sizing needs to be more consistent. The underwear is not true to size and it seems to be a gamble when ordering. Some styles run small, some true to size, and some fit large.
When the boxers fit, they are 11/10. Love that they have a proper double gusset, and the length is fantastic. They are my everyday underwear. However the sizes may have recently changed since I ordered medium (which previously fit perfectly) and the ones that arrived are huge and not wearable as an undergarment. For reference, I am almost always a size S, occasionally XS, in other brands. Please please please figure out sizing because I’d really like to continue buying Knotty. But as it stands, with no returns or rebates/refunds I am extremely reluctant to purchase since I have now been burned three times (out of four) with sizing or materials issues.”
“Not a fan of the ones with that thick elastic waistband, also the odd pair seems off in sizing but I don’t mind as my weight fluctuates a bit anyway, I love the surprise every month, a mostly worth it for the price”
“I purchased only sale items. I purchased a pair of the knotty boxers, three bralette sets, and a few individual pairs. Overall the quality is fine, and for the sale price that I paid I would probably purchase again.
The XL underwire bralette doesn't fit super well, although I did consult the size chart before purchasing. I normally wear a 38D bra and would size up if I purchased again. The boxers are very comfy and soft. The underwear are fine, the finishing is definitely sub-par with lots of little threads and inconsistent stitching.”
