“I'm excited about the underwear but I'm disappointed in the customer service.
I ordered the wrong size and sent a note right away, someone did respond that day and nothing since. I just reordered the right size because, again, I'm excited about the underwear. The lack of communication and resolution though has been less than ideal.”
“Very decent quality. Also like the style variety. My finance loves it. Our one request would be add a few more cotton or similar material into the naughty thong package and not always lacy just give choices.”
“For the most part the service has been great but I am still waiting for my December 2024 and January 2025 subscription of underwear to come I know that there was a Canada Post strike and I know that there's a backlog of packages to be delivered and mail in general since the Canada Post strike ended

“I'd give higher stars but unf I have yet to recieve my November and December orders. I hope this will come soon ( postal strike still waiting) otherwise after 4 years ill be canceling my subscription”
“Terrible.
I ordered on Dec 23rd and received confirmation of shipping on December 27th.
In January 9th, I was informed 2 of the 7 pairs of underwear I ordered were not in stock and only offered a replacement (of almost no selection in my size) or store credit, which is in violation of the consumer protection act which requires the company to offer the consumer a refund when they are unable to fulfill the contract negotiated at the time of sale.
I did not hear back for almost 48 hours and only when I escalated the issue. When offered a partial refund for the out of stock pairs, I immediately started that I would prefer a full refund.
Two days later, I was told that this wasn't possible as the order has shipped. First they violated the contract originally negotiated. Secondly, if it has actually shipped, it likely had not when I wrote two days previously. Finally, according to their own tracker, the order still has not shipped.
Terrible customer service. I have no interest in the product.”
