“I really like the underwear. I find them very comfortable and they have a large gusset which is nice. However, the seamless pair I got feel apart when I washed it before I got to wear it which was disappointing.
Update: Customer service was great and is sending another pair after I showed some pictures.”
“They will never let you return—-buyer beware. They will ghost you and scam you!
As I was checking out I discovered they added items to my basket that I had no interest in. I was apparently responsible for opting out. I was tired and only noticed they had added them after I had checked out and noticed that my order was $51 more than it should have been. I immediately reached out and asked for those items to be canceled. I was informed it was too late (I contacted them within 1 minute of checking out). I was then informed that I could return the items for a credit- THEY DO NOT GIVE BACK CASH REFUNDS!!!! Now they are ghosting me. Returns have to be done through email and they refuse to respond. You have 14 days to make your request and they will not respond to my emails.
Also all their products fit oddly. There is zero size consistency.”

“Quality is usually very good! I have the Naughty subscription set for every other month and very rarely will I ever receive repeats! I’ve had my subscription for a few years now and have created quite the collection for myself. It also just allows me to replace knickers that need to go as they reach the end of their life span. Always cute no matter what and comfy to boot!”
“Fun patterns. Expected material. Sometimes sewn backwards (liner on outside or frill inside out). Sizing sometimes off (ie. 1 in 6 size L are too snug to wear). Consistent system.”
“Buyer Beware-THE most horrible online shopping experience of my life!!! They will add items to your cart that you have to default OUT of purchasing. The opt out info is tiny and honestly I’ve never had a retailer add things to my cart. They will not respond to my requests for a return. I had no interest in the items they added. I immediately contacted them to cancel
the items they added. They said -too late,sorry, not sorty. You can return. But they DO NOT OFFER ANY CASH BACK! ONLY STORE CREDIT! Now they are ghosting my requests for a return.
Also, everything is oddly sized. No consistency at all.”
“The quality is unreliable and creates “disposable” products vs products that have longevity. I love my pyjamas (but they fade quickly) and I’ve bought many panty sets as gifts but that being said my sisters who I have sent the subscriptions say that sometimes the construction isn’t lined up or finished well or even attractive — it seems experimental vs tried and true. One in three panties will be good. Debating whether to cancel as gifts or maybe try for myself again. Not in love — so I may pass.”
“I purchased 4 pair of underwear during a buy one get one deal. I ordered all 4 pair 3xl. When my order arrived, I was disappointed with the quality as they felt cheap. I’ll post photos to show one pair being torn after one wear as well as the significant sizing difference between two pair of exactly the same sized underwear. I sent an email to knotty to show them the torn pair as well as the sizing issue and long story short, too bad so sad for me as they don’t want to do good on their products. 100% would not recommend. Poor quality and poor customer service. BAD BUSINESS.”
