“I ordered two pairs of boxers. I measured and followed the size guide, but I find that the boxers fit big, especially in the legs. They go on ~kind of~ okay, but they stretch even more after wearing for a little while, so that they ride up and are just not as comfy as I'd hoped. Instead of hugging me, they kind of hang, and I'm disappointed. Maybe if I'd gone with the 2xl instead of the 3xl, I'd be happier?”

“None of my items are true to size, I chose specifically based on their sizing chart and then ordered a variety of different sizes so I knew exactly which would be correct for me. Not one item fits correctly, they apparently don't do refunds or returns either. After doing some digging I've found people saying they don't have a lot of negative reviews as they delete them but looking elsewhere on the internet will give you a true idea. Now I know why there are so many laugh and angry reacts on their FB posts. Very disappointed”
“Don’t purchase for this brand. Very poor customer service and should be noted to size up, that bathing suit isn’t lined and is thin material, no bra cups. Offers very little coverage and that photos of these bathing suits were done very creatively to look so fabulous on curvy women. I’m a size 8, 5’9, and a medium didn’t not fit, just for reference to anyone ordering. You cannot simply exchange item, and will be out the money , so unless you know for certain how this brand fits (bc I used my measurements and referenced size chart and still didn’t get a bathing suit that fits me). Customer service is terrible. Every rep will offer you something different. After initial rep offered to send me a size up of all items in my order that didn’t fit, then I attempted to complete that offer and the next rep offered to give me 50% off order that would not include the buy one get one offer and to pay full price for each item (very unfortunate 3/4 of my items didn’t fit). First time buyer that purchase four items and after interaction with customer service, I’ll never order again or recommend to anyone.”

“I wish I had better things to say, given I’ve heard so many great things about this company.
I finally decided to take the leap and bought about $150 worth of underwear from them, meticulously choosing the correct size based on their sizing chart, and styles I liked.
Unfortunately, the underwear I got were not only multiples of one style I’d only ordered one of, and only received one of the few I ordered multiples of, but they do not fit comfortably. The sizing is weird, the do not fit, and they also tear and rip super easy. For example, I’ve only worn at least three pairs once, and by the end of the day, there’s already tears, rips, and lace breaking off. I’m not rough at all, so there should be absolutely no reason why all this is happening.
Throughly disappointed.”
“They sent me 2 of the wrong size underwear & claimed that I ordered the wrong size. They offered a 20% discount on my next purchase but then refused to honor the 20% discount because I had purchased promotional items?!? I think it's very odd that when you get your confirmation email the sizes aren't listed, but then they are listed later on when they tell you your order has shipped? Obviously whomever picked more order screwed up, or if I did order the one size, didn't think to flag the order & contact me to confirm sizing before shipping the order. Very poor customer services. I understand you can't return underwear, (even if the package wasn't opened) but seriously, train your warehouse staff better. If 2 pairs are a different size then the rest of the order something is obviously wrong.”
