“I’m sorry to do this but the mask didn’t fit. I was so excited to receive my mask but was sadly disappointed when I saw that it didn’t fit my face. I gifted it to a friend so it wouldn’t go to waste.”

“Excellent quality and lovely patterns The long strap for around the back of my head slips down but I manage to make it work. These are breathable which is great!”

“I received the two masks I ordered. It took a really long time 2+ weeks, however I understand shipping delays these days. The masks appear to be well made, I love the patterns and I am happy to be able to buy from CO company.”

“Expensive face masks. One strap already broke but luckily had a colleague repair. Asked for a return of a few items on my last order after price comparison to other masks I have received. Too Expensive.”

“The shipping of our handmade masks was delayed, but Knotty Tie was very responsive and even offered to send a replacement by UPS if my order didn't come soon. Of course, it showed up the next day, so that wasn't necessary. The masks are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the company and products.”

“I like my mask. The material is nice and soft, easy to wash, and easy to try. But the bands are a little tight around my ears and I have a small head. I don't like the seam in the middle of the mask. It's runs over your nose which is not comfortable. It feels very nice supporting a local business.”
