“Beautiful pocket squares. Love the color customization. Shipping was crazy long for such small items, but I assume it's due to the customization? Perhaps more upfront communication on shipping time would have been helpful”

“Ties and pocket squares were exactly as advertised. There was a small shipping error, which Knotty sorted out right away and still got me everything I needed in time for my wedding. Definitely the only website I will be ordering any custom ties from in the future.”

“The tie is great but you delivered significantly later than expected. I ordered a month ahead of the event I wanted the tie for and it delivered 2 weeks after the event. 14 business days was the delivery estimate. I understand supply chains and delivery has been impacted from COVID but to be a month late from the expected delivery date is not ok.”

We print, cut and sew all ties to order in Denver, Colorado and our standard turnaround is 15 calendar days plus shipping time. “Product turned out great, just what we were looking for in color combination. Only reason I can't say 5 stars is the website advertises a discount but when I placed my order it said it didn't qualify. I was not able to find any information on the site about what the requirements were. Minor frustration though. I would definitely recommend Knotty Tie!”
