“The design team did an amazing job creating a custom-designed tie for my brother's 60th birthday. I asked for a few changes to be made along the way from my initial idea to Knotty Tie's final product, and every time the team responded quickly and excellently. The finished tie is a gem! I've never before helped to design a tie -- it was fun! I'll definitely tell friends about this.”

“Just wonderful! Daniela took such care every step of the way; no question was too small; she was very responsive. If there had ever been any kind of delay in responding to an e-mail, I would not have worried because I knew I could absolutely count on her - as it happened, there never was a delay. “What a disjointed experience all around. I paid the $5 bucks for your color map, matched the color of the tie(s) I need to order only to find no way to navigate your Shopify site to order those ties. How can you have a modern day commerce experience without a robust search engine. Then only getting directly to a live chat "appointment" that never gets responded to.”
