“Product is exactly as expected. Excellent. The USPS was lost to ship the product from Denver to Highlands Ranch. The order was sent to the Denver USPS DISTRIBUTION center then sent to Las Vegas ISPS Distribution Center then stayed several days in Vegas, before returning to Denver. Basically 9 calendar days for shipping.”

“My order was placed on 4/15/2020 it is now 4/28/2020 and I have not received my order. I live in Denver and Knotty Tie is in Denver also. I assumed my order would be here within their 5-9 day period. But no. I do not have a tracking number so I have no idea when I will receive my order. Customer service told me to give it another 4 days on the 24th. Well here I am with no order.”

“On my first order, I only saw your basic models based on COVID-19 sayings. Then I saw the other mask styles like the abstract, floral, and outdoors which are unusual and distinctive, so I had to order more. Thanks for being creative”

“Very stylish, effective and comfortable to wear. I ordered 4 of them for my sister and her husband in NYC and they love them. I ordered myself 2 and I love them as well. Just because it’s necessary, doesn’t mean it can’t be stylish. I might order more for myself and family around the country. They don’t fog up my eye glasses either. Great way for this business to turn a lemon of a situation into lemonade!! The masks are lined and they also have masks that you can insert filters into. Great masks and worth the money for function and design.”
