“Customer service is amazing and very responsive. I had a special order request, and the designers did an outstanding job of making a high quality product. I'm sure that the gift I had made for my son (he's the executive director of a non-profit) will be such a hit that the organization will no doubt order more items. Thank you, Knotty Tie Co.!”

“Original order lost in transit ordered December 3, lost December 7th. Replacement order done Dec 10th and still have not received any Christmas masks with 2 day priority shipment (Dec 14) and need for mask use is Dec 16th.. Company refused refund of original order. Masks are expense compared to others and shipping cost also expense. I will not recommend company as shipment within 2 days as advertised did not happen and overall timely deliverly may not happen.”

“I ordered multiple neck gaiters and face mask and I absolutely love them. I bought face mask from Knotty Tie Co. back in March/April and it was my favorite mask cause it’s high quality and breathable and comfortable at the same time. I added additional gaiter to my most recent order after I submitted the order and they contacted me right away but by mistake it shipped without that additional product. Customer service was great and they sent it right away so I have great experience both with the products and the customer service.”

“Masks are for Christmas gifts but i needed to wear mine early for several hours at the local high-school football game. Around the head design is devine after wearing ill fitting masks that pull on your ears awkwardly. Fabric is first rate, super soft, and non-chafing to the lips and cheeks. Patterns are complimentary and show support for Colorado, your favorite locations, or interests. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered the style of mask that goes over the head because I have very sensitive ears. Unfortunately, the strap is too tight and I presses on my nose in a very uncomfortable way. Otherwise it is a very nice mask. I just wish it fit better.”
