“I am a return customer for the thin and heavier neck gators. I wear them all the time for all my outdoor activities. I have also used them for gifts. I do have a small neck so I buy the small. I love them because they are not tight on my neck, but not as loose as a regular fit either.”

“The tracking number provided was incorrect and I never got a response to an email I sent even after over a week of waiting. I then followed by chat and finally got a response with the correct tracking number. Additionally, I ordered the Burlap Crosshatch and expected the tie to be woven with threads of two different colors, so the texture would show. Instead, it seems the colors are just painted onto a white cloth. It looks fine, but not what I expected for the cost.”

“Excellent products overall. I have ordered face masks from K.T. 5 or 6 times during the pandemic, several personal orders and 1 or 2 for my workplace also. However, this order, which I placed Nov 15 arrived pretty late ( today, Dec 1) and contained incorrect products. This is the 2nd of my 5 or 6 orders from K.T. that did not contain the actual masks that I ordered. So, this is the 2nd time I have had to contact the company and request they reship my order. I contacted them today, waiting to hear back on my order getting reshipped.”

“I was a bit hesitant ordering a custom tie online since the colour on the website can come off as different in person. BUT I was pleasantly surprised, I was so so happy with the order. The colour was EXACTLY the same as it was on the website. The texture was great. Overall my experience was really good. Definitely recommend!”

“I was very excited about my order but the shade of the items did not match a previously purchased item. I am in contact with customer support but currently nothing has been resolved. I would be cautious and order all of the items you need at one to avoid this issue.”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your masks. They fit well, love the neck and head elastics. I can "drop" the mask off my face and I never lose my mask as it around my neck.”

“I am an office manager for a funeral home. I reached out to several companies for unique ties for a 5 yr old funeral service. Knotty Ties not only came thru on such short notice, they followed up to ensure the ties were rec’d to ensure their part in complimenting the little girl’s love of unicorns. Daniela went above and beyond for us to check inventory, spoke w/inner crew, explained our dilemma (if you will), to ensure that 5 year old’s love of unicorn was tastefully present for her services. “The products are well made. I love that they have different widths of ties. We ordered the knotty width tie and the rectangle chiffon scarf. The design department was fast and we got exactly what we wanted. Customer service was also great when I had questions.”
