Went to return an online purchase and woman at customer service said to me why do you shop online and then return here. This is at KOHLS IN WALPOLE MA. I AM A MVC CUSTOMER AND WHEN I GET FREE SHIPPING I TAKE ADVAVANTAGE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. COMMENT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND I DID NOT PROVOKE.

I received a Kohls gift card, went to use it in the store, stated $0.00 balance which was incorrect. I had a balance of $30.00. I was told they can’t give me my balance in a gift card, had to be Kohls cash which would expire in 24 days!!! I’m done with Kohls!!! Why do we have to be inconvenienced by this!!!!

I have been charged for an order I haven't received. Customer service is rude on the phone. The man treated me in a very prejudice tone and hung up on me when I demanded management.

Went to the closest Kohls (15 miles away) to use some Kohls cash/rewards. The only promotion was $10 off of $25. HOWEVER, discounts and coupons can now only be used on Kohl's brands. I found something for $24.99. In the past the tax has counted but no longer. I was a penny short and nothing close to the register would count. I thought about going and finding something but was hesitant due to the long line and few registers open. Then I asked about using Kohls cash to pay and associate told be that I would have to spend even more because the total had to be over $25 of Kohls brand AFTER using the Kohls cash. News to me. In the past the Kohls cash/rewards was just a method of payment. Needless to say I left without purchasing the items I had brought to the register. Going to the store is disappointing. Much less of a selection. What is there are the same old tired styles year after year. Prices higher with less sales and now the discounts can't be used on most items. Sizes are either small or XXL. Not the same Kohls I used to shop at a lot and definitely will not be my first choice to shop anymore

I went to the Hamden Store to return items from an online order. I was told that is alright that I did not have tags on the merchandise and I just bring to the store and return it. When I got to the store, the customer service was having difficultly matching the skus with product. They called customer service and they said that they can’t help because the system was down. The manager told associate to call back and see if they could resolve the issue. Associate called them and I spoke the customer service person and they said that they processed the return but were not able to credit my account and I had to call my bank. I called my bank and I had to make a claim against the transaction. I figured that I would call kohls customer service back and see if they would resolve it for me. They did not and told that I had to go back to the store and get a receipt. I explained to them that I gave the merchandise back to the store and can’t get a receipt. So once I got of the phone with them, I called the Hamden store and told them what kohls customer service said to me and the manager told me that he has heard of that and it ridiculous. So I have made a formal complaint with Kohls and I am just looking to get my money back which is around 190.00 bucks. I just so frustrated now and don’t feel comfortable ordering from kohls.con anymore

Their customer service and app is so bad I felt I was operating an app from the early 90s. Horribly outdated and won't let me update my new card so I have to pay in person. I hate khols. I regret signing up for their credit.

I have been a loyal customer with Kohl's for over 10 years. They offer incentives of $5 to pickup your orders. When you get ready to use the Kohl's reward it's already been used. There customer service department isn't helpful and doesn't care about any issues or problems that you have. I will no longer be shopping at Kohl's

Ordered from Kohls.com and one of the items was bath towels on clearance for .62. Well they had 17 of them so I bought them all. Now I knew they had 17 and it may be a few short but they only shipped me 2. That's 2 of 17 and says partially shipped. Well 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I called to see what was going on as I don't mind waiting for that price but I was given no communication from kohls about the remainder of order which I had been charged for completely. When I called they said I never paid for order until I gave them the order number and told them it's on my Kohl's card. Well after all this they said we won't replace them we will only issue a refund cause they did not believe the price on their own website. My main problem with Kohl's is that they did not have the product but yet for 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I was not contacted by Kohl's to rectify whether they will refund or ship. So I believe Kohl's was going to say nothing and keep my money. I call that FRAUD

Never again will I shop Kohl’s online !!! Order confirmation came within 1 minute of order and was wrong shipping address, I immediately tried to cancel & or talk with someone to change address & it said too late already shipped & it was impossible to talk to someone, this is BS and a horrible way to do business

Kohls customer service for my credit card were very liars and made fun of me, they hung up on me and closed my account for a bad payment because I wanted to make payments and they canceled my account and I asked for a supervisor and the same person Sandra said she was the supervisor but she left the phone silent and said I'm going to ask for a supervisor and it was she herself who answered as the supervisor. I am a customer who bought and always pay well with electronic payments, it's just that I got sick and couldn't pay in November

Hi, Its very bad experience with purchasing. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes the same size and on of them was too small. I had a return it, but company did not offer prepaid label, so I had to pay muly own money for this return. Refund will be issued only during next 30 days (company will use my money for business purposes for this time). Customer service is pretty bad and can’t get any help from them spending almost 1 hour in the chat. I would definitely recommend not doing any purchases here, they don’t care about customers.

Kohl's stores are great, but their online ordering site is awful. I waited two weeks for a package that got delivered to the wrong address. Then when I called to ask for a refund, I was told I had to wait an additonal six days for maybe getting my money back. I had to reorder the items online and call my credit card company, who no questions asked refunded my money back to my card. So disappointed in Kohl's.com.

The Kohls stores are amazing. Kohls.com on the other hand is terrible. I ordered an item for Christmas on November 21. It says it was to be delivered on Nov 27. The tracking said it was 30 min away from my house on November 27 for about a week. I contacted Kohks.com on December 9. They told me I could not just have the same item sent back out, but had to return it and if I wanted I could repurchase the item. I had used $50 of kohls cash so I could not repurchase the item, but they told me 3-5 days, so I just waited. After about a week of no refund I called back. Still no refund. So they then told me it would be up to 30 days. So I bought my son something else (luckily he is 21 and understands). After over 30 days I contacted them back. This time I’m told that because I didn’t use my kohls card, I had to contact my bank to get my refund and that Kohks couldn’t do anything. They said the bank was already made aware and I had to contact them. As soon as I did that I would get my kohls cash back (the amount on my debit card was $31). I asked to talk to a supervisor and then they hung up on me. My bank, of course, had no idea what they were talking about, but they are trying to stop charges on it. I will NEVER order from Kohls again. Be AWARE.

Today is 1/12/2024 - I purchased 2 crossbody purses on-line on 12/30/23. They were subsequently "lost" after being scanned in by my local post office. Post office could not tell me where the package was and to place a claim with Kohls.com I called customer service and they said tracking states on 1/10 that its on its way to the next facility. It should not have to go to another facility, just to me. Kohls told me to wait after the last scan before they will consider a credit. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they said he would call - he still has not contacted me. My Kohls bills has come to pay for the purchase, which I still have not received the products ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Kohls Cash - what a joke!! So far this year I have had over 200 bucks in Kohls cash that I was not able to use... Totally got the runaround on the website to get them in my wallet and was not able to use. Very disappointed in their tactics. Won't be doing that again. Sad that these places do that to hard working folks!

Incorrectly profiled my wife as a shoplifter. No apology and very poor attitude even after the clearly false accusation. Done with them for life and I always let others know it.

I placed an order for Christmas presents on Kohls.com on November 27 2023. It never arrived. I went to the store and they said they couldn’t help me. I emailed ontrack several times and they said it’s on its way. Tracking said they received data but not package from seller. No tracking information. Automated system says on its way. It never arrived. This order was Christmas presents for a family member that came home for Christmas to no presents. I got to talk to a customer service representative finally after several attempts and being on hold for 30 minutes. After explaining the situation I was put on hold again. She then said she would cancel my order and request a refund. I said that’s it? I’m supposed to be ok that you ruined someone’s Christmas and accept no responsibility? Not even an apology. She put me on hold again and then came back and said she credited my account for compensation. I said how much and she hesitated then said $8.00 I said that’s all my business is worth to you is $8? Worst service ever

Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes and noticed the following day that they were two different sizes. I took the shoes back to the Middletown store but they didn't have the matching pair. I'm assuming someone is walking around with two different sizes. They looked the shoe up online and it was out of stock. I decided to go to the Tylersville store a d they did have the size I needed. Walked up to customer service and the show is ringing up at a higher price. The customer service rep- Robert would not honor the sale price. He said I'd have to purchase the size I needed and go to the Middletown store to see if they would honor the price. I wish I would have asked for a manager because Ashely at the Middletown store was so friendly. I told her what had happened and she was so apologetic for what happened. HATS OFF TO THE MIDDLETOWN store- they are always so nice and helpful!!!
