Well 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I called to see what was going on as I don't mind waiting for that price but I was given no communication from kohls about the remainder of order which I had been charged for completely.

I’ve read over and over about how you can’t cancel an order until you receive it even though you don’t receive the item. Happened to me too. They think we are stupid and their tactic to stahl and maybe we won’t cancel I’d what they are hoping for. Not going to happen ! No delivery thus far and nobody at kohls can tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered!

I place an order on 10/29 and received an email on 10/30 stating the order had been completed and the estimated delivery was 11/3.

Don't ever buy anything on line you will never get it. The US a delivery service LSO. You can contact them and the lie constantly about delivery. Kolhs has turned into a complete loser!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Now that they have changed the delivery company they use I refuse it irder online ! The drivers leave packages at the end of my driveway where my trash gets picked up I. The rain and snow and anyone could have driven down the road and steal my items. So disappointed and will no longer purchase online items at Kohls and it’s a shame as the kohls near me doesn’t carry a wide selection

The delivery service they used didn't deliver the item..They refused to refund the delivery fee ...

I've ordered online for 2 different types of delivery: - ship to home - pick up @ store [20 minutes away] Both times security tags were left on clothes, causing me to go to the store twice to have them removed. Done with Kohls!
