Kohl's doesn't provide free shipping for online order returns. You have to pack the return yourself, write their address on the packae yourself, and go to the UPS store and PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN yourself.
Don't order online from Kohl's.

COM AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 45 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT DUE TO KOHLS POLICY ON RETURNS I HAD TO WAIT 7 DAY AFTER THE ITEMS I RETURNED WERE RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE TO GET A FULL REFUND.
