Very bad experience. Under staffed. Was in there today. It was like a vacant library and still could not find anyone. If I did not return Amazon packages here, I would never go in there.

Horrible, Holiday Shipping! My order was placed on November 23, 2020 and 8 items were received in January and all were in stock items. I had to quickly replace gifts and on top of that your Corporate decided to play politics and dropped My Pillow. My family and friends are dropping Kohls!

Cut my credit card up today since y’all don’t sell my Pillows no more beside Belks are cheaper than y’all anyway the kohl’s cash reward better come up with something else how about cutting your prices in Store

Kohl's has cheap clothing.The people in the store are rude and inconsiderate. The "coupons" are a joke and what happens is that the price is raised, then a "discount" is supposedly given. It's a way to take advantage of the people who shop there who do not know they are being manipulated by "sales". If you increase the price, then put it on "sale" - it is not a sale. They are racist because they do not treat minorities right since they run the prices up and make them think they are on sale.

i placed multiple orders for Christmas with Kohl's for my Grandchildren's Christmas gifts to be sent out to them in various different states. Every single order that i placed was messed up. it has been an absolute Nightmare. some received completely wrong items other than what i had clearly ordered. while one of my little Grandson's never even received his Christmas present at All. i felt so heartbroken for him! they don't have much as it is in this life and i have a limited income and live with a disability. i do not have money to be throwing out the window. Then right after these orders had been placed with Kohl's i started having suspicious problem with my debit card. i was told by the very next well known store that i delt with that i really needed to contact my bank asap. i did and they told me to cut up that debit card asap and that they would immediately issue me a brand new one. i have since been trying to get refunded by kohl's for all mistakes they had originally made with my previous orders with them. They will Not give me my refunds back. i want my money back and i will NEVER deal with this store EVER again! No matter what i do with this "customer service" i get run arounds. i am told they will "call me back" and it NEVER happens! then if you try to call the Corporate office i cannot Ever seem to get a Human voice or they are not open! they have No right to just keep our money! i am offered "Kohl's Cash" back. I DO NOT WANT KOHL'S CASH! I WANT MY REFUND BACK PERIOD!

Update after Christmas said my order will be here today. I don't need it now! Said will credit my account $12 well from reviews I read this won't happen. My suggestion if you must shop with Kohls please place your Christmas orders now for Dec. 25 2021! You might then get them on time to give. This place is a joke!

It looks like Kohls is killing themselves by these reviews. I wish I would have read these before I ordered from them. I will not get the Christmas gifts I ordered on Dec. 9th. Before Christmas! It makes me happy to see them fail! It is going to save alit of headaches.

will NEVER shop kolhs again. This was my first shopping experience with your company. I will stay with Belk! My order I was told is in Texas This is the 23rd. Of Dec. I ordered on Dec. 9th. The tracking is a joke! Are you too cheap to use FedEx? I will not get the Christmas presents before our dinner at 12;00 tomorrow. I should have read your reviews before ordering from you. It's clear you dump on your customers. I waited for 45 min. To speak to someone that knew nothing about my order! NEVER! Again! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Then watch you loose customers. I'll see your name beside JC Penny. You will learn that you survive through customers the hard way. I will go on every site and tell my story. I will hurt your business. KARMA coming your way. Hold on! I have a big mouth with many friends that will ban together and spread the word. You have passed off the wrong person. By the way keep your stupid Kolh cash. I'm not about to buy anything else from you.

I bought a pair of pajamas for a present for Christmas. I clearly chose a particular type that was verified with the picture of it when I placed the order but they sent a different set of PJs. Tried to chat on customer service so that others would not have same problem but just got a robot (literally I think) who kept telling me " I am sorry you r having trouble logging in". Never shopping here again especially on line.

Beware of placing an order ONLINE!!! I found a cheaper price and tried to cancel my sale within 15 min , I was NOT ALLOWED! I tried to talk to somebody 3 times after waiting At least 20 min each time then I texted with Loy and they would NOT ADJUST OR CANCEL !

I ordered an item that I never received. After waiting 94 minutes to talk to a person, I was told the item will be shipped out today (yet it does not show that on their tracking link) and received by Monday. I find this all very convenient that I had to call first. I have waited 3 weeks for this item. They blamed it on the post office, but yet I have received every single package without delay from other vendors. Don't waste your time ordering from Kohls.com.

Kohl’s in Reno racism. Cashier in the jewelry side didn’t want to receive my payment, when I was buying a watch. I asked her 3 times if she can receive my payment and every time she sent me to other cashier with more people in line because she had 2 people, it was so terrible the way she ignored me that one of the people that was doing line gave me his spot. Really sad. 12/11/2020 -11:30 a.m approx.

Customer service is incompetent. Order boots on Dec 2 got a shipping email and tracking number for ups. It’s now Dec 9 and no one can give me information on where my package is. Called UPS and they never received the package. Managers at Kohl’s corporate office do not take customer calls. After this last purchase I will be canceling my card with them and not purchasing again in there stores!!

I ordered multiple items November 24th that got separated to be shipped in 4 different packages. I only received 2 packages. When I contacted customer service they told me that I had to wait until December 8th to see if the packages arrived and to contact customer service again if they didn't. They never arrived so once again I waited over an hour to chat with someone and they told me they won't refund my money because the boxes could still arrive. Mind you one package has said "In transit" with no location for 5+ days now with no change and the other still said "Awaiting item arrival" meaning the shipping service still hadn't received the package. And yet Kohl's does not care and told me that they won't do anything to make it right. Instead they told me to wait another 12 days to see if the packages come and if the don't they want me to reach out for a 3rd time to see how/if they can fix it. I wasted 3+ hours of my time waiting for responses from their slow and terrible customer service to get nothing done. Also, when I brought up the fact that their website says you have to purchase something by December 11th to get it in time for Christmas but I purchased something on November 24th and they won't send me replacements in time they didn't care and had no response. Then before we were done chatting the representative disconnected the chat. I will never purchase anything from here ever again and I advise you to do the same.

Terrible Customer Service From Customer Service Line to Corporate Office Kohl’s.com purchase Bait and Switch Tactics used And after the fact taking away Kohl’s Cash I earned And When I spoke to a manager he was trying to put words in my mouth trying to poke holes in my experience Manager Names is James: Badge Number: 85LD Incident Number 201-203-084-772 This is one more reason why Kohl’s Department Store will not survive and is partnering with Aldi and Sephora to stay in business and that’s not going well. Hence why you closed many stores and continue to do so. I have never bought anything from kohl’s before this and now never will

I am almost too angry to elaborate. Suffice it to say I ordered 5 pairs of leggings. I now have one pair 2 and 1/2 weeks later. The credit they were supposed to give me for the merchandize lost in transit has not shown up in my credit card account yet. The first person I spoke to DID speak English, so that was a plus. After that I believe I was in India, definitely not the U.S.

Ordered product online Black Friday. 45 minutes after placing order realized it was shipping to a former address in another state. I IMMEDIATELY called their CS department. After spending over 3 hours on phone with different folks just to get shipping address changed or order cancelled, I got "WE sent an email to fulfillment." . Here it is 3 days later and I noticed online that ORDER WAS ShIPPED anyways to wrong address...I called back yet again to CS.. Now CS tells me that they "OPENED TICKET to get product back from shipper. So it took Kohls over 2 days to ship product to a wrong address but they couldn't change address or cancel order when I realized error! Now several hundred dollars worth of product is in route to an address that is 9 hours away from me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE and NO HELP!!

Bait and switch company. Ordered more than 600.00 online and promised huge discounts and free shipping. Wasted a lot of time placing this order only to find out the next day that they had cancelled the order without any explanation. Called their customer service and talked to 2 people ...non English speaking so you can hardly understand them just to be told I would have to reorder because one or 2 items they no longer had. You would think like every other online ordering company they would adjust your pricing and notify you of the items they could not fulfill or back ordered items...They did not, their practice is to cancel the whole order out and make you waste time to try to reorder all the items. These items are no longer on sale and they will not honor the sale price you had initially purchased them for. Some of the items of which are double the price you was GOING to buy at...Don't be mislead, after doing research I found they have been scamming people in this way for along time. I truly hope they go under just because they are such a deceptive company. Do NOT reorder items over phone, they will try to charge you double price and not honor sales. DONT DO IT

Against my better judgement, I ordered a pair of hiking boots from Kohl's. I'd never done business with them before, and never will again. I didn't think it was possible to have so many problems with one simple order. I failed to check the feedback forums first. Big Mistake. All the negative feedback is spot-on. First their website crashed while I was ordering and it took five attempts. Then they pushed back the estimated arrival date three times. Then their label printer malfunctioned and only printed a partial address. The package was never delivered, while their website says it was successfully delivered. And this was just the beginning of all the issues I had. They SUCK. It took four hours driving around in a pandemic to track down the package. It's nothing short of a miracle I found it at all.

my order went to a wrong address, had to wait to cancel it until after it got delivered. then i was told they would credit my card and i could repurchase the item for the same price. after receiving my item i called as the credit never processed to be told they were not going to credit me. the agent made a mistake and that they would use this incident as a learning tool, AT MY EXPENSE!!!! if your employee says something and it's wrong you should still honor it and then teach him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company that makes millions/billions.
