This review covers customer service, price, returns AND refunds. Kohls failed on all counts. My daughter ordered an item from Kohls for me to give my grandson for his birthday. I paid her for it. The item shipped to me so my grandson wouldn't see it. There was very little info on the box - just Hover something. That's it. Nothing else. I didn't open the box because I wanted to wrap it. I had every expectation that what was ordered would be delivered. My husband, mother-in-law, son and I were all sick with Covid when my grandson had his birthday. So, we celebrated late. My grandson opened the box and it was NOT what we ordered. It was an accessory to what was ordered. My daughter called Kohls Customer Service right away. She spoke with a woman who didn't speak English very well which meant the call was a long one. The item we ordered was some sort of "special" item and was no longer available. The lady refused to price match the item, which was purchased on sale, with a similar item. I paid about $66, but a similar item through Kohls was over $120, almost double what I paid!! The correct item was ordered. Kohls shipped the WRONG item. They should have price matched a similar item to replace THEIR mistake. It isn't right that we have to pay a higher price because of their mistake. All the Customer Service Rep would do was refund the credit card. So, my grandson did not get his hoverboard for his birthday. How sad!! We now have to order one from somewhere else at a higher price. Kohls should have refunded the money paid and price matched a similar item. It was not our fault they shipped the WRONG item. Because of THEIR mistake, I lost out on a good deal and my grandson now has to wait much longer to receive his birthday present. I have to blow my budget to get it for him. He was so excited when he thought he was getting the hoverboard. I can't let Kohls' mistake and poor customer service ruin an 8 year olds birthday. I am SO disappointed in Kohls! I have shopped in their stores since they opened in central Iowa. I CERTAINLY will not order from them again - might not even shop in the store any more. After reading so many negative reviews about Kohls, I expect they will be the next big store to file bankruptcy.

Horrible shipping! Have waited a week and items haven't even been shipped. I will never do business with Kohls again.

customer service what the point of having it they all are idiots. for over two months and approximately 7 different calls trying to resolve the issue received absolutely no help wanted to talk to the credit manager promised he/she would call never received a e-mail or phone call. This is called customer service I think NOT

Terrible customer service, UPS delivered my package to CVS and they would not help me correct the situation. And they would not give me a refund because the package was at CVS.

Went into store in Temple Texas. Difficult to find prices, sizes and departments. No employees around to help. Couldn’t wait to get out of there! Also hot and stuffy

After spending half a afternoon finding the right size shorts, shoes, slippers, & shirts then stand in line (I have painful sciatica) only because Kohl's mailed me a 30%coupon as encouragement to shop. The coupon I was told isn't for anything from a manufacturer. Got nothing 30% off. Yet some things were marked clearance. Made me wonder how clearance is controlled by the almighty manufacture coupon police. Or does Kohl's bait & switch. Please don't get me telling you about the work boots I wanted and watched at $80 for weeks then coming on the weekend all work boot's are 50% off, suddenly the price changed to $160 that weekend.

This store is incredibly ableist. No carts, crazy expensive kids clothes ($15 for a small short ON SALE and no branding on them to warrant a high cost). Then there are absolutely no plus sizes women work clothes. None. No seating inside the store other than the bathrooms. Fat and disabled are apparently lot welcome inside.

I love kohls for how easy it is to return items or exchange items but ever since they remodeled and Sephora takes up half the store their clothing lines have declined and especially their clothes selection. Disappointing

I purchased a Sonoma bath towel set, Oeko-Tex. It is horrible. It is not absorbent and it changed colors after one wash. Do not purchase these bath towels.

Be careful! They charged me twice for the same item. I have disputed the charge and gotten nowhere. Very poor customer service.

I went to the Depew store for a electric blanket, After looking around for about 15 minutes I couldn't find one.NO RESPONSE from anybody. I FINALLY talked to some girl that I thought worked there buy she didn't but was kind enough to look up blankets on her app. This store had none. So She looked up Orchard park store and they had one on sale; So I drove ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE.Went to look at blankets and couldn't find any electric ones, After about 15 minutes of looking I couldn't find it so I called the store from my phone to ask someone for help because I couldn't find anyone working there. THAT WAS A BIG JOKE. I called twice and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Another 5 minutes went buy and I finally caught a guy walking by, he tried to help but after looking around all over we couldn't find it. Finally I asked for the manager, she finally came and I told her how dissapointed i was after driving all the way down there and they couldn't find it. That store was so messed up they had not marked where anything was and no one knew anything. So I left the store and ordered one from Amazon. I WIIL NEVER STEP INTO ANOTHER KOHL"S STORE EVER AGAIN, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYBODY THAT WOEKS THERE. THAT STORE SUCKS !!!!!

Now after shopping for years at Kohls for Lee jeans and capris, I was told today ( after trying cloths on for hours) that your coupon no longer applies to Lee brand!!!!! Like Lee is a premium brand ????? Thats about all the capris they carry. I told them they could keep all the purchases! The cashier said your coupon is only good for today. I said " who cares- wont be shopping there again!"

I shop in the Kernersville North Carolina location I am a man in my late 50s. I have never seen such garbage in your stores as icy today. People of age do not want to wear shorts up to their behind people want to wear something that's in style what you have it in your stores today is disgrace. Such cheap clothing. Get your ass together or maybe you'll be the next door closing. Man of my age like to wear shorts that are 12 inch inseam straight front classy shorts that we can wear going out at night or every day for the ones that you have in your store or short short ugly and what happened to the v-neck all colors t-shirts that you used to have an apartment 9 you no longer have them get it together

Actually you're not sorry to hear that I had a bad online and telephonic experience ..Why not simply acknowledge that your business model is no longer fullfing compliance with customer service but is simply focused on marketing and advertising and have permitted the I.T. Department to no longer be functional

Your app to make a payment is awful 2 months in a row trying to make a payment and it wouldn’t let me. Since you did an update it is poor poor. I have had the same log in for 8 years and password for as long then I had to change because it locked me out. It locked me out again to many attempts. I made 2 Try to call and talk to a person forget about it You all need to look into the way Dish takes payments takes less than 30 seconds. Text pay bill, confirm,payment processed then I’m sent email confirmation and text confirmation Simple and doesn’t make a person upset when they trying to give you money

Information sent by Kohl's stated order was complete and on the way. The tracking number for UPS said it was never picked up. Then I found the order had been split up and another tracking number was never shared with me. The items in the first tracking number were never received so called customer service in Mexico (not my choice) so I called for a credit to be placed on my account after holding on the phone for 50 minutes. The information provided in email customer service rep. sent did not correspond to credit she wanted me to agree to place on my account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and waited about another 15 minutes and then was cut off before call was finished. No call back as of yet to complete action. I sure can't call back to be placed on hold for another 50 minutes. Horrible lack of service. I will never place another order on line with Kohl's.

Three items were ordered and two were delivered. The price today on the third item is half of what I was charged. I called customer service to no avail, and I was transferred back into the system at the end of the call. I called again and was told that there were no supervisors. Kohl’scustomer service is a nightmare!!!
