“Third review/email I've written over my experience with ordering your products. Shipment came in HOT. No cold packs inside as listed on the packing slip. A dry ice bag was inside but was completely empty. Requested replacement or refund and never got any response. While I love the products, will not order direct again. If it's not in my local store I won't be buying it.”

“I had gestational diabetes while pregnant with my third child and was having a difficult time finding foods and drinks I could tolerate without raising my fasting blood sugar. I tried Koia protein and keto smoothies and they were the only drink I could have without causing any issues. I liked the different flavor options that were available. The customer service is also pretty phenomenal. I placed an order through their site and made the mistake of not changing my state in the shipping because of autofill. Once I realized the error, I emailed customer service and they offered to ship out a new shipment of smoothies, even though it was completely my fault. The drinks arrived in a well packaged box that had plenty of gel packs to keep them cool. I'm going to continue using Koia as part of my postpartum recovery because they are so easy and tasty to use for a breastfeeding mom on the go!”

“The website is easy to navigate. Products list ingredients and values clearly so you easily can see if the calories and macros fit your diet. Product is shipped in a way that it is still cold even after sitting on my doorstep a few hours.
The shakes are amazing. These do not sit "heavy" in my stomach so I can drink one midshift and not get the bloated ready to nap feeling. The coffee flavors are some of my favorites and don't give me jitters like typical energy drinks. The keto shakes are perfect for a snack at about 200 cals.
Was a bit skeptical about plant protein but after using these for the past couple months am converted!!”
