“I had gestational diabetes while pregnant with my third child and was having a difficult time finding foods and drinks I could tolerate without raising my fasting blood sugar. I tried Koia protein and keto smoothies and they were the only drink I could have without causing any issues. I liked the different flavor options that were available. The customer service is also pretty phenomenal. I placed an order through their site and made the mistake of not changing my state in the shipping because of autofill. Once I realized the error, I emailed customer service and they offered to ship out a new shipment of smoothies, even though it was completely my fault. The drinks arrived in a well packaged box that had plenty of gel packs to keep them cool.
