“I really love the product and appreciate its purity as a vegan. I thought the shipping was nice and quick and put together really well. However, the order was for the month and both my boxes had the same expiration date. That pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering in bulk for a specific amount of days. I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth because almost half my order went bad. I guess I should have checked the dates from jump, but either way I wasn’t going to drink all those bottles in two week.”
“Ordering is great. Product is AMAZING. But shipping is not so great. It would probably be better to use dry ice when shipping to Texas....everything comes with the boxes all wet, ripped and broken apart. Definitely dry ice would be better for products that are shipped outside the State of California.”

“The drinks are amazing, and they are really great for your macros.
The shipping was odd, don’t expect it to be super fast though, it seemed to come from close to me but took a few days to arrive.
But that’s minimally a problem compared to the amazing product they have.”
“We love the products and enjoy the convenience of getting it delivered to our home. Unfortunately, both packages were damaged, including the gel packs in one of the boxes being broken that got all over the inside of the box and was seeping outside of the box as well. Hope that our next shipment doesn’t have the same issue.”

“My only concern is the waste created by the packaging. It would be great if there was an option to somehow get the styrofoam coolers and the plastic cooling bags back to you for re-use or to least recycle the former. I'd be open to paying a little more for an option like this. Without it, I can't see continuing with monthly deliveries, as much as I love the product.”
“It was OK, except that one of the shake bottles cracked open during shipping and spilled all over the entire order. What a mess. I've sent a few messages about it but no one got back to me. Also, the mystery item was missing from the order, which was something you said would be in the order.”

“I loved the product but alot of what I ordered had an expiration date that was too soon. I didnt have time to enjoy all because the expiration date was within 2 weeks. I had to throw out alot.”
“I ordered the chocolate peanut butter koia subscription, but then for some reason they totally got my order wrong and gave me someone else's order of vanilla latte. So I once again made sure I had the chocolate peanut butter flavor subscription and double checked. Once it was time for my delivery, I checked the website dashboard again and it was once again changed to vanilla latte. I don't understand. The vanilla latte doesn't sit well with my stomach and irritates it... I'm cancelling my subscription.”
