“I ordered a click & collect gift package via the Karrinyup store.
Unfortunately, despite me contacting Koko Black Customer Service, twice over several days, the on-going IT issues advised me that all items were out of stock which was incorrect.
Fortunately I called the Karrinyup store who provided excellent customer service. The items were indeed available in-store and I was able to secure the items on time, for a special gift to an elderly relative, who was very happy with her Koko Black Chocolates.
Koko Black needs to fix the IT stock issues for click & collect customers. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to have to make so many calls to resolve an internal IT issue.”
“My poor hubby isn’t that well, he is only half way through his chemo and has taken really sick,he has had surgery to help fix a massive infection, I am hoping that he will pick up a lot but he hasn’t yet I keep buying your delicious chocolates to help him put a bit of his weight back on but instead he losers three kg last week,so I will just keep buying your chocolates for him,he loves your chocolate boozy ones so next order I will get these ones again”

The hot cocoa is the best I’ve ever had and I especially love the Ho Ho Hot Cocoa. Shame it’s only available at Christmas but that makes it extra special.”
