“The chocolates were delicious and they were delivered fairly quickly. My only issue was in the ordering process. As I was ordering for all our staff (and they were the same products) it would have been helpful to be able to send you a spreadsheet with all the orders and you process them. Instead I had to process every order individually myself which created an inordinate amount of email spam for me with each order, each invoice and now a feedback request on every order!”
