“The service is excellent. We live in far Nth Qld it takes approx 3 to 4days for chocolates to arrive if you purchase the express delivery service. Highly recommend buying a small amount of a few different types of chocolates to enjoy.”
“I ordered the $175 'Totally Wild Hamper' but the chocolates arrived individually wrapped in a cardboard box rather than presented in a the Koko Black hamper box that I was expecting. This experience was a quite disappointing because the hamper was a birthday gift for my wife. I probably won't order order a hamper again in future.”

“While the chocolates are fine - the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I paid for refrigerated, same day delivery. They shipped over several days, from Sydney, to Perth, and were left on the doorstep, in the sun, all day. Clearly they were not even remotely cold when they arrived.”
