I added a couple of items to 'The Dark Side Hamper' as a lockdown pick-me-up gift and my friend was delighted. They communicated delivery well via text message with my friend, however I only got a "It's been dispatched" email, so I didn't know it was out for delivery or that it had been delivered until my friend contacted me. Other than that, it was a very easy and smooth online experience (including adding a card to my order). I have since ordered a different hamper for someone else, and I see myself using online ordering from Koko Black in the future.”
