“The chocolates and the personalisation were fabulous. Something went amiss with the postage as they were sent to the other end of the state. I enquired with Aus Post as these were for a presentation at an 80th Birthday. The Aus Post message advised they would read the feedback within 2 business days. Magically the chocolates turned up me t day Express Post just in time for the Birthday. The recipient loved them and the personalised sleeve. So it turned out well.”
“Sixty-four chocolate box: Overall, the quality and taste is adequate. Many fancy looks but lacking substance. But as it is a random selection, which includes chocolate with alcohol, it made 20% of them inedible for me. White chocolate is not chocolate, yet a few of those end up in the mix. The box includes a large information sheet of chocolates with their pictures. Unfortunately, not all were represented and I found one in the box that I could not find on the list. Disappointed with chocolates.”
“The quality of the chocolate is fantastic, but the execution of some products is a bit hit and miss. I'd said its 50/50 on things that are great, and things that are no so great. Not saying that anything is really terrible, but you would expect much more for the price you pay for it.”
“Most of NSW is in lockdown, with everyone working and studying at home there is a need for a little treat and cheer up. To be able to order the treats online and have them delivered is an added bonus. The tracking is spot on and you get text messages updating you on expected delivery date as well as on the day of the delivery with a time frame which is impressive. The order arrived in a cooled box, all the products were intact and I had very happy family members with a warm cup of cocoa as there after dinner treat.”
