“I understand how hard delivery can be, but my experience so far wouldn’t encourage me to order online again.
First delivery was utterly smashed (probably because it took too long pver 7 days and the icepacks got hot), and as a gift, not giftable. Lovely response to me reporting that, but after 2 weeks I am Still waiting on the replacement delivery, which has been sitting in WA for five days. I am in Qld. I will have to purchase a new gift. (I will eat the smashed gift and fully expect it to be glorious, so thats a bonus for me!)”
“Terrible. Only bought from Koko as I wanted the Platypus. Bought online to secure this.
In the end the delivery driver couldn't find our building, not our apartment, but the building! Eventually located him but was upset to see we had The Giant Bunny, Koala and a Penguin. Phone Koko who confirmed it was now out of stock.
Was annoyed as if it was wasn't for Platypus wouldnt have bought at all! Never using again”

“I am very disappointed with Koko Black’s service. I sent the following complaint over a week ago and no one got back to me. I am still also short of $15 as my complaint has just been ignored. Very poor customer service, won’t be shopping with them again.

My name is Ashleigh Gunner and I made an online order last Tuesday 29th March for it to be collected from the Karrinyup store in Western Australia for today, Tuesday 5th April between 9am-11am.
I had collected the order today and had received a sealed up bag, when I got home I opened the bag and noticed that my order was incorrect. My order ID number is: 800000305 and one of the items I had ordered was the 180g Cookies in Creamy white egg, valued at $24.90. Unfortunately I had received a 80g block of the cookies in creamy white valued at $9.90, meaning I am short of $15, I am extremely disappointed and wish I had checked the items in the bag before making it all the way home. Please refer to image attached.
I had also noticed that one of the eggs in the milk chocolate bag I had ordered was open, please refer to image attached. I am usually not one to complain, but after spending a total of $112.80 and getting home and realising that I am now short of $15 and that one the bags of eggs I was planning on gifting my mum for Easter doesn’t look the greatest. Considering this is my first ever kokoblack order I was extremely underwhelmed.

“Unfortunately a couple of items were broken in my box sets. & unfortunately i was left feeling EXTREMELY vulnerable getting my order delivered at 9:30 at night & being left on my lawn by my gate instead of near my front door. The whole experience has left me feeling disappointed & now anxious about late night deliveries. I no longer feel safe buying online unfortunately.I now also unfortunately are left with having to get other easter presents for my children at very short notice. The whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Your company presents so well & I was super excited about getting my package, now I wish I never ordered it.”
