I would love to write that they are amazing but after ordering on 6/9 I still haven’t received on 8/10. I am wondering what state they will be when they do finally arrive. Very disappointed

I was very unimpressed with your delivery service, after receiving several texts over several days advising my package was on the way, it never came & no reason given. Thankfully you have good customer support & a refund was issued. Pity about the inconvenience this caused- very disappointing.

Painful! The delivery guys couldn't locate a recruitment agency and ended up delivering it to the sender. After all this time lost and numerous follow ups I got Australia Post to deliver it and it got delivered in a day's time. What a waste of my time and money! Love the chocolates but not impressed with the delivery service at all!!!

I don't understand how when I use ShopBack, Koko Black then refuses to pay the rebate? There were no terms and conditions specifically excluding my purchase, yet it's been rejected. I found Koko Black specifically through ShopBack, but won't be using it again. The parcel was also late. Chocolates were chocolate.

Delivery service is very poor. I have paid for the delivery but in the end, my receiver still hasn't to collect it herself.

I ordered hazelnuts chocolates, as they're my favourite. Although I found Koko Black hazelnut chocolates to be quite unappetising. The hazelnuts left a bitter taste in my mouth. I contacted Koko Black about this, who said it was normal. I won't be ordering from Koko Black again.

Love Koko Black but vey disappointed in order .......Didn’t get gift bags like you do when in store .... very disappointing as these are Christmas gifts .... would not order again

Very happy with the packaging which survived the heat but when I opened the pack, the dark chocolate marshmallow (which I received on the 1st of December) was already out of date (23rd of November 2020). This was part of a Christmas gift that I obviously could not now give. Disappointed!

Interesting you ask now for a review as the 3x lots of chocholates that I ordered some 2 weeks ago, I have not received mine yet the daughter in Albury has recieved hers and I am not sure whether the daughter in Tasmania has recieved hers

worst delivery I ever encounter, i ordered two times and both were delivered wrongly without contacting the recipients. client service was good but delivery is the worst I ever seen

Beware - only guarantee 2 week shelf life for online order. Complete waste of money. Appalling practice. Extremely disappointed. Bought over $300 for Christmas gifts mid November and half of the order received are short dated expiring before Christmas. Contacted Customer Service who refused to do anything. No refund/exchange/offer any compensation or goodwill stating the info on their FAQ page - only guarantee 2 week shelf life for online order. This information should have been disclosed during shopping process. Bad practice and no customer service whatsoever despite stating 100% satisfaction guarantee on the website.
