“I was very unimpressed with your delivery service, after receiving several texts over several days advising my package was on the way, it never came & no reason given. Thankfully you have good customer support & a refund was issued. Pity about the inconvenience this caused- very disappointing.”
“Excellent and always make a splash. Only disappointment was I didn't want the delivery to happen on a weekend as it was a gift to some of the hard workers, including my sister, at NSW Ministry of Health, but I was told this wasn't possible. As a result it was delivered on a weekend and I had to call (the recipient of the delivery) and tell her to go down to them mailroom to collect the box. Wasn't what I would have liked to have happened. However, chocs are always fabulous and the large box is a star turn. First world problems.”
