“I am a little concerned regarding the green bin recycling collection - as the current climate emphasis and promotes environmentally friendly recycling there are not enough collections to cater for the average household recycling waste - I am filling my bin pretty quickly and the recycling collections do not reflect the amount of recycling I need disposed of -”

“I have to say kollect go out of there way for people even if I forget to put my bins out they will open the gate and take it out for me super service and all staff are lovely”

“Customer service surpasses that of any other company I have ever dealt with. Firstly, it is so refreshing to be able to talk to a human instantly on the phone. Secondly, every person I have spoken to in Kollect has been genuinely personable, helpful and understanding, and this is without exception. This is obviously the high standard that is set by management and one I hope is never let to slip as it is what sets this company apart from all others.”
