“Konditor have an easy to use and understand website, my only complaint is that the prices are too high for the size you get. Once you open a box to a £31 cake it is a little underwhelming to see the size when compared to the price paid.”

“I ordered a red velvet champaigne and balloons decorated birthday cake for my adult daughter. The cake was delivered on the day requested with tracking by a very pleasant driver. I always say the driver is an ambassador for the company, and it tells you about the company's culture. The cake was beautifully decorated. Eating it was like heaven on earth, a total dream! Beautiful moist sponge with mascapone cream frosting. Konditor is my go-to cake company when I want a cake for special occasions. Why go anywhere else. Thank you Konditor for a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. Your website is so easy to navigate with so many choices of cake, flavourings and decoration. I will certainly be coming back to you for more!”

“We got a Brownie Sharing platter of 12 as a gift. All was so delicious and fresh, so I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and ordered Treat time box of 8, unfortunately not all bronies in the box was fresh, I was a bit disappointed as I got it for a very special occasion and person.. if I wouldn't try this other box before, I wouldn't feel different. This is my very honest feedback.”

“Disappointingly your courier just left the cake on my front doorstep on one of the hottest days we have had - he didn’t wait to see if anyone was home. Not what I expect from K&C where I paid extra for delivery”

Hi Lara, Thank you for taking the time leave us a review and making us aware of the experience you had with our courier and ourselves. We take all feedback and complaints seriously and I can assure you that this will be taken up with our courier. Every delivery should be handled with consideration and care and I can see on this occasion it has not, so I completely understand the frustration. The driver should follow all delivery instructions but if there are none, they should contact the customer directly to get further information on what to do with the delivery. I am very sorry that your delivery was left on the doorstep and left out in the heat without the courier making you aware of this, it is completely unacceptable. We always try to bring joy through our products and unfortunately, we were unable to do that this time round. If you can provide any more information or photos of your order then please email hello@konditor.co.uk as this will help when I forward this complaint to our courier. I'm sorry again about this. “Bought this for a baby shower and everyone loved it! I'm not usually a big fan of carrot cake but this one was delicious; light and not too sweet. The staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend!”
