“This was my first order after window shopping for a long time. I am so happy with my order it came fast and the quality of the material is very good. “There must be a notification via email to indicate on the progress of the goods/parcel. I have to check in everytime into the website to find out the progress which is not a good experience.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your package is being delayed by the carrier. Upon further look at your order, it looks like DHL took extremely longer than usual to deliver the package to the US. This was due backlog issue in DHL's facility due to COVID-19. It was finally handed over to USPS today and you should be receiving your package soon. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
