“I’d suggest having different sizes. It is hard to fit everyone for just one size. Return the items is one hell of a hassle and such a big deal. Never shop here again.”

“This company is reliable, quality products and in style. The only issue I had was the shipping charge and delivery duration. I hope they will honor free shipping for any amount over 50$ of total purchase. I guess it’s okay if it takes longer because of USPS carrier.”

“The one size clothes that I ordered (since that was the only size) were way to big. I’m really disappointed and the quality also seems cheap. The price is too high for what you get. Don’t waste your money. I even paid for 5-7 business days but the package arrived about 10 days after the order.”

Regarding the shipping time, you placed the order on 8/22 and the estimated ship-out date was between 8/26-8/31 and the estimated delivery date was between 9/2-9/9. According to our record your package was shipped 2 days after the order date the DHL took 10 days to deliver for the total of 12 days. We understand DHL took longer than usual due to COVID-19 restriction causing delays in may carriers across the globe. “I’ve ordered about 6 pairs of earrings and 1 necklace from Kooding and love them all. They are all very unique, modern, and delicate, but best of all, they are all of top notch quality, despite their reasonable price. None of them have rusted or changed color on me.
