I have been trying to return an item that wasn't what I expected it to be. I first tried to return it within the return window but didn't receive any help after I submitted a return ticket through your website - I then tried to reach out to your customer support and have not received any response...now my item is out of the return window and I am extremely frustrated. I would like assistance in returning my item (item no. #US86A1D7)

I was sent the wrong item and had to follow up multiple times and chase for refund . Refund did not include freight which I paid for . I would not buy from this website again unless changes are made that when it’s their error they take full responsibility and customer does not incur any charge. Super disappointed
