“I love the product! BUT! It’s so frustrating that the sustainability set is only one extra pod and it’s cheaper than buying two replacement pods. I was so excited about limiting trash/resources I use and think there should be a true sustainability set that is just 2 replacement pods and is cheaper than buying a new jar and a pod. I have so many extra jars now…can’t bring myself to spend more money on two replacement pods.”

“I’ve only been using it for two days now, both AM and PM. It doesn’t have a pleasant smell but besides that it has a nice texture and absorbs quickly. The dropper seems a little inefficient but I’m hoping the serum itself shows results to override that. I’ll know in about 30 days.”

“Never got to try it, shipping has been a nightmare. After three attempts, one of which to a different address I did not get to try any of the products I ordered. Nor will I be getting a refund per the KORA policy. Which is a shame and I will not be ordering from this company again due to the shipping incidents and lack of empathy.”

“Hi. I've tried, enjoyed, and continue using almost all of your products. The serums, even the new one, have not been a fit for me. And I am sad you are discontinuing the hydrating moisturizer. You've been at the forefront of reusuable containers. It would be nice if the body soap and moisturizer came in larger containers. Customer service has been really good, except for the mishap of the on sale hydrating moisturizer.”
