“As stated in my initial communication with your team, which was invalidated as well, the package is not within the policies regarding expiration date. It is to expire this March, instead of the 6 months policy you state on your website for sale items, and 1 year minimum for regular ones. Your colleague tried to just tell them you are not obligated to write the manufacturing date. I have very sensitive skin, the cream was not the same consistency as it normally is, your team didn’t help me, hence it went straight to the bin. Thanks”

“Sadly, I started breaking out when I started using these products. I thought it might be an adjustment phase. However, I kept breaking out. I sparingly used the face exfoliating wash and the oil. Each time, I would break out in painful bumps on my face. I found out it was MRSA. I didn’t put two and two together until I quit using the products but each time I use them the MRSA comes back. I believe it is in these products. I ended up throwing all of my product away.”

“I love everything I have bought. My one problem was a broken sprayer on my mint face spray. There was no way to contact kora, so I would have to say that’s a problem. I’m now using a plastic spray bottle instead of the beautiful glass one. I think in the future I will buy trough Sephora or Amazon for easier returns. Customer service makes customer loyalty!”
