“I've only used for a couple of weeks. The AHA and bakuchiol serum smell slightly off putting. Not sure if they are supposed to smell slightly rancid.”

“THE DROPPER BOTTLE NEEDS SOME WORK!!! You squeeze the top and lift it out and you have no product in the dropper. It sometimes takes three times to get any product. Which also makes me feel like we are being jipped on product because why is a brand new bottle so difficult to pick up product (vs air)?? Other than that, I love it so far. I feel like it's gentle enough to use daily or twice a day but I can also feel like it's working once I apply it. Too soon to tell if I see results from it but I'm sure it's working.”

“I gave 3 stars because I’m not obsessed with the products I purchased but they are ok. I bought the PM essentials. The turmeric glow moisturizer is the best out of the set. The other products like the PM serum, milk cleanser and face oil were subpar. The scent has a perfume smell in all the products. For $187 I wish I would have done more research and purchased something cleaner with less fragrance.”

“I saw the products on a Podcast and thought I'd give them a try with the travel pack as a starter. Unfortunately my sensitive skin wasn't as in love with the products as much as my heart was :( and I had a terrible breakout. I am however sharing it with a friend who has less sensitive skin. Still love the brand and the mission around it, I unfortunately just can't partake. Thank you Adrianne”

“I love the products but was somewhat disappointed in customer service. One I f my items arrived damaged and I cut my thumb because of it. Although it was ultimately replaced without cost. I would have appreciated an Acknowlegement of that and a "gee...sorry...are you okay"?”

“I tried this for the first time and was surprised it smelled a little "funky". I guess being algae doesn't smell good, maybe that is why? It is lightweight and goes on easily. I haven't noticed any immediate skin changes but maybe after I've used it longer.”

“Well, it took 2 weeks to get the product and I was under the impression that customs fees were part of the order as nothing was mentioned. When I did finally get my order I was charged a customs over 30 TIMES!!! Now I that to deal with. Not sure I’ll be ordering again!”

“Actually I’m bit frustrated with your return policy… I opened the Algae cream and put it on my face only once. The smell is so unappealing that I find it unusable…. And unreturnable because I tried it. Amazon Carries your products I noticed but I have had counterfeits in the past…So until I come across something to replace the turmeric cream you may see me on your site buying products I’ve tried… venturing out and trying new isn’t worth it… you should rethink exchanges and credits…. You would gain more lifelong, loyal customers…..”
