“I have now brought a quality bass amp, a nice Roland electric drum kit and a very nice pair of JBL speakers through Kosmic and it has always been a pleasure. The prices are always competitive. The after sales service is always fantastic but what amazes me more than anything is the speed of delivery. especially as I live in Broome! A great shop with great range, service, knowledge and prices.”

“The online purchase was pretty good. I was expecting some delay in delivery, so the month it took to happen did not bother me. However, if given some notice of day of delivery, it would have avoided the inconvenience the Saturday delivery caused. I had to go out more than 10k to collect, when a closer collection agency was definitely available - clearly a choice that favoured the driver, not the customer.”

“I have shopped at Kosmic since I was a teenager, so about 25 years! I now live in Bunbury but still trust Kosmic for instruments and supplies. Over the years I have purchased electric guitar, amp, effects pedals, my beloved Maton 70th anniversary semi acoustic, 12 string semi acoustic, M4 by Seagull, and Roland electric piano. Love you guys!”

“i didn't realise that the store wasn't in perth which if i knew this i would have probably gone into the store rather than online and as such i thought 10 days was a rather lengthy time to deliver my items, when i saw that they were coming from melbourne i realised that the time frames were reasonable i recieved my products in 10 days and am happy with what i have got and also very happy with the feed back responce time when i emailed questions. all in all i may not shop online again but will shop with Kosmic.”

“The worst experience ever. I bought a pioneer djrx2 and they said I will have the product in 2/3 working days and it took more than 2 weeks In the main time I spent 400$ to rent one.”
