“It was a bit of a different transition due to covid 19. I was in isolation in a hotel in the city as just come from interstate. The staff were helpful. I'd chosen a guitar on Kosmic's website. They helped arrange a courier to deliver it to the hotel & had good communication that the transaction had all worked well. The guitar has been great & given me something to play over the last 14 day I've been in self isolation in the hotel & Also a pretty good guitar to take home with me. Cheers. 💪😎👍”

“Whilst the ordering process was efficient, I placed two orders to be delivered to my father for his birthday. I live in NSW and thought that buying local would be good to get it to my father in Perth. He is still yet to receive one of the orders as it's coming from VIC. It is disappointing in the length of time it has taken to get to him. Nice to hear and see Kosmic up and running, but don't advertise that you are based in Osborne Park of your product is coming from VIC.”
