“Kosmics service is great.Aus post isn't.i placed my order on the 18.02.21 its now 05 03 21 and still nothing has arrived.as I need it for a gig on the 07 03 21.heres hopeing.it turns up tomorrow.considering i live 18hrs up the rd.what up Auss post..nothing has arrived today.very sad”

“I bought an amp to be delivered to the Perth store. When I unpacked it at home in the box it was very messy inside, polystyrene in impossible places, but worst: the power cable twisted the exposed tubes/valves. Extremely dusty. Clearly a demo model that had been on the shelves for a long time. I protested and had next day call back from store manager Boris, who was very apologetic, the shipment came from another capital city and he gave me a 50$ store credit. So, think amicably solved. Thanks Boris.”

“The delivery of the amplifier I ordered online is now well overdue. I understand the situation in Victoria hasn’t helped, but things should be well and truly back to normal now. The courier service hasn’t communicated with us for a while on any updates. I had to give you a poor rating based on this delivery issue. Regards Grant”
