“3 . while i like having more secure check out , the whole deposit money onto customer account then have them reply is annoying . Maybe there is a more secure faster method than this . Kosmic is the only online shop i have seen do this bar Paypal when initializing a new account”

“I can’t go higher than 2 since you’re still advertising next day delivery!! Knowing that you won’t be able to deliver in 8 weeks time (or more in my case…) I understand your point in regards with delivery but I can’t accept that this was just delivery issue, you need a proper and honest system that actually works.”

“Hi there, Speaker works well, however I did receive an EU plug rather than an Australian adapter, was this a packing error? Am I able to get the Australian plug instead as I don't have english adapters.... I purchased the same product a few months ago and received an Australian plug.”
