“Terrible shipping method still not here "after over 2 weeks" item #268806 is so small could have been sent AUs post easier. I will never use Kosmic sound online again! This delay cannot be blamed on Covid19 just very bad courier shipping, makes me wonder if its coming from oversees and not actually in stock as advertised.”

“I haven’t received my package and it’s been well over a week. In fact according to the tracking it hasn’t even left Melbourne. I understand there is delays but I have had 0 communication. Rather poor customer service has left me wishing I didn’t order it at all”

“Pathetic service culminating in lies from start to woeful finish, the only good thing I could say is my refund was prompt once I intimated the ACCC would be alerted to their deceptive practices if I wasn't refunded promptly.”
