“Kosmic had all the things I needed in stock and on shipping they split my online order so that the items in Perth were delivered separately (and before) the item coming from Victoria. My order arrived in excellent condition and Kosmic were very responsive to my enquiries regarding the shipment from Victoria.”

“A good website, now that I understand you have two stores. When I placed my order I specifically went for in store pick up because it said it would be about a 4 hours wait. It was only after I paid that it said the amp was coming from Melbourne. Better clarity on this would have been good because I felt really disappointed and let down. After this, email communication was good, although the final email that said the amp had arrived in WA was confusing as it was unclear whether I could pick it up or not. In store staff were great.”

“It is difficult to assess Kosmic at the moment because I still haven’t received my package. When I contacted the helpline the response was excellent, I received a couple of return calls. If I don’t receive my package today I will call again.”

“Ordered a Ukulele with a bag and a tuner on the 9/7 for my daughters birthday. When I ordered the items all were shown as in stock. Received bag and tuner on the 20/7 but turns out Ukulele was not in stock in Perth but had instead been sent from Billy Hyde Music in MELBOURNE. Consequentially, my daughters birthday was a couple of days ago and we still have not seen the Ukulele and today is the 27/7. Really disappointing, had I known the Ukulele had to come from over east and not out of Perth I would never have ordered from Kosmic.”
